We work free of ongoing supplier agreements ensuring we source the best company at the best price for the event.
-

-
We are based in Perth, Western Australia however we can organise events all throughout Australia and the world. Furthermore, it’s important to note that our team happily covers regional WA and Australia.
-
- Is the Event Development Network independent of suppliers/venues?
-
We pride ourselves on being independent and free of ongoing supplier agreements. You can confidently know that by using our services you are maintaining complete control and getting the best possible price. Our buying power and ongoing relationships will ensure that suppliers will give reduced rates to our team. We don’t hide that we work with preferred suppliers but will most certainly use the best person at the best price. -
We can help save you time and money due to a number of factors including our experience and network. As a result of years of local experience we have developed contacts in all areas of event production. - Why is working as an extension of our organisation important?
-
Working as an extension of your organisation is essentially giving the Event Development Network agency status to help with your events. What this means is that the money we make from you is from the consultancy fee, and not hidden in ongoing supplier agreements. This helps tailor the most spectacular event possible to your budget. Other companies may steer you to specific venues or companies because of contracts and big commissions which hurts your pocket and your event. Our team sources the best people at the best price for your requirements. If a venue or supplier doesn’t provide what we need or is too expensive, we will look elsewhere. You can be confident knowing that we are negotiating and sourcing quotes just as you would if you had the time.
-
- Do you do private parties and weddings?
-
You bet we do. Our team hosts hundreds of functions every year that have a party atmosphere, some for over 1500 people. The same stresses and budget concerns exist for you planning your party as they do for a business event – so we can help exactly the same way. Of course, we understand that your party is emotionally important to you so we give you all the attention and care you need. We can source for you the best products at the best prices and ensure your party is exactly as you dreamed it would be, and amaze your guests. Whilst we do not necessarily target wedding business, we can most certainly help you produce the most cost-effective, unique and spectacular wedding reception the same way we do for other events.
-
- How much control do we maintain?
-
We work as an extension of your business sourcing the best suppliers at the best price to produce for you exceptional events based off your requirements. Because we work independently of suppliers and venues, we provide you with a proposal and some alternatives based off your brief which we work on together. You are entirely in control every step of the way, we are here as your agent to ensure you are getting the best price and to make it easy for you. We do all the jobs you don’t want to do, and can help with as much or as little as you require.
-
- How much notice do you need to plan an event?
-
We can plan any event for you with any amount of time. It is important to bear in mind that certain venues and suppliers will become unavailable the less notice given, and elements may cost more. We can source for you alternatives however, so please contact us with your requirements.
